Day 1: Hanoi –Drive to Halong Bay - Dark and Bright Lagoon.
Leave Hanoi at 7:45 AM and arrive in Halong Bay around 12:00PM by private car or van (transportation service on your request).
12: 00 Arrive to Bhaya Cafe at Tuan Chau Island.
12: 45 Board: Welcome drinks and a quick briefing of the itinerary and safety information by
our Cruise Manager.
13:00 Let the vacation begin with a lunch as the boat cruises towards South East Halong
Bay, passing by Chicken Rock, Finger Islet, and Frog Islet.
14:45 Arrive to Dark and Bright Lagoon and visit the area by rowboat or kayak. Kayaks
can be booked in advance at reception with extra cost.
16:30 Optional: Traditional massage (chargeable), sunbathing on board or swimming
around platform in Dark and Bright Lagoon.
17:00 Bar opens for the Happy Hour "Buy one get one free".
17:30 Cooking demonstration with traditional Vietnamese food on the sundeck (or in the

Two sumptuous Terrace Suites (16.5m2) are located in the forward section of the upper deck, offering panoramic 180° ocean views. Each Terrace Suite offers all the standard amenities of a Bhaya Suite, plus a larger en-suite bathroom with bath-tub, a plush sofa and exclusive access to a private viewing area on the upper deck.
Deluxe Cabins
Deluxe cabin (12.5m2) offers all the amenities necessary for you to feel comfortable: twin beds or a queen-size bed, air-conditioner, wall fan, refrigerator, en-suite bathroom with shower. Each features a picture window, providing added light and memorable views
With its comfortable lounge chairs, fresh ocean breezes and dazzling views, the Sundeck is the perfect place to lie back and relax. Serving up an impressive variety of cocktails in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, the Topside Bar is a delightful place to socialize and watch the Sun dip behind the myriad islands of Halong Bay.

Located on the upper deck aft, our Beauty Spa and Massage sets new standards in spa design through its unique combination of natural tones, water elements, and traditional Vietnamese style.
On board Activities
Swimming, snorkeling and kayaking in the crystal clear turquoise waters of Halong Bay are favored activities for the energetic. While morning Tai Chi on the sundeck offers a more meditative and uplifting start for the more contemplative. Adventure outings, tour excursions, cooking demonstrations and theme cruises are also available by prior arrangement.
Dining
The pleasant ambiance, attentive staff and great views make our restaurant the perfect place to sample the exotic delights of Vietnamese cuisine.
Guests can look forward to lavish international breakfast buffets, casual, sit-down lunches of Vietnamese dishes, and formal dinners with delectable fusion cuisine. All dishes are prepared to please both the eye and the palate. Special BBQ dinners are served on the Sundeck on weekends, or upon a group’s request.
Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).
Cancellation & Refund:
Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- From 1-5 cabins:
+ 15 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 14 to 10 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 9 to 4 days prior to the arrival: 70% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 4 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- More than 5 cabins and charter:
+ More than 45 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 45 to 31 days prior to the arrival: 25% of the total rate charged.
+ From 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 70% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.

Child Policy:
- Only one child under 6 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with two adults.
- Child rate applies from 6-11 years old:
+ Maximum one child below 12 years old is allowed to share existing bedding with adults. Child pays 75% of adult rate per person (double occupancy sharing).
+ Two children below 12 years old stay in a separate cabin. Each child pays 75% of adult rate per person (double occupancy sharing).

- Check-in time starts at 12:30 PM. Check-out by 11:30 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification/ passport are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
I’m interesting with a friend of mine to do the cruise and I have some questions.
First of all I would like to ask from which place we take the boat because I will be at Phuong Dau if you know where it is and i’m Wondering if some bus or train pass from there to catch me and go to the port straight or I must go back to Hanoi to begin from there my trip.
And my second question is what time everyday start the cruise from the port.

Please be advised that Bhaya Cruise depart from Tuan Chau Marina in Quang Ninh province.
Our cruise will embark around 12:00 PM. We suggest that you arrive at the port 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time to ensure you are on time and to avoid any traffic issues.
Our bus only pick guests up at the Old Quarter of Hanoi.
