12: 00-12: 30: Transfer by speedboat from Tuan Chau port to Gia Luan to board the Sealife Legend cruise. Guests are invited to drink and use cold/warm towels by season. The management will give you a short briefing about the cruise and disseminate safety regulations before you check in.
13:00 - 14:30: Lunch is ready to be served at Fishnet Restaurant area and admire the beauty of the majestic limestone mountains emerging from the emerald blue sea while the Sealife Legend cruise moves to Lan Ha Bay.
15:00 - 17:00: Van Ta area is inclusive of Dark and Bright Cave, border of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay. And Sealife Legend Cruise invite you to visit this cave by bamboo boat rowed by local people through some floating houses where they are feeding fishes, clams and oysters. Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).
Refund & Cancellation:
• Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- From 1- 7 cabins:
+ More than 15 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 14 to 03 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 48 hours prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- From 8 cabins or more:
+ More than 45 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 45 to 30 days prior to the arrival: 30% of the total rate charged.
+ From 29 to 20 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 19 to 15 days prior to the arrival: 70% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 14 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
• Cancellation charges apply for each cancelled number of confirmed cabins
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).
Child Policy (to be confirmed upon reservation and subject to availability):
- Only one child under 6 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with two adults.
- Child rate applies from 6-11 years old:
+ Maximum one child below 12 years old is allowed to share existing bedding with adults. Child pays 75% of adult rate per person (double occupancy sharing).
+ Two children below 12 years old stay in a separate cabin. Each child pays 75% of adult rate per person (double occupancy sharing).
Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 12:00 PM. Check-out by 9:30 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification/ passport are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
Notes: Due to cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant/bar area, but internet connectivity is limited due to the geography of Halong. Thank you for your understanding.
