My wife and I visited Vietnam for our 1st Anniversary. We chose Era cruise3D2N as it had a not so great itinerary but better when compared to the other cruises.From the time they picked us up from our hotel to dropping us back, the staff were extremely courteous. The team headed by Ms Joy is wonderful. They helped us in all possible ways. To show how awesome they are: We both are vegetarians, and they prepared a wide spread of dishes for just the two of us and the best part? They used the oil for us before using it for vegetariansthis was observed during the cooking class. The TV in our room stopped functioning on the last day of our stay and we just gave a call to Ms Joy who came with her staff to replace it. These are one of the many instances as to why we would recommend this cruise to everyone.
The last but not the least, the room was beautiful. We had chosen King Terrace Suite and the room does justice to the photos uploaded on the official website of Era Cruise.
We do hope Era cruise comes up with more days!
Do book Era Cruise if you want to have a relaxed holiday without you needing to plan ANYTHING!

It was an unforgettable honeymoon trip for us, and every guide and driver made their best to make us feel comfortable at every moment. The choice of the hotels was great too, and we liked it very much the combination of guided tours and leisure time you planned for us.
And specially your personal service was great, we have been really lucky of getting your reference, you are really a great professional and we appreciate all your hard job in organizing our trip :
Just a couple of comments on my side about the trip I will fill the survey too that hopefully can help you in future similar trips, I would extend one more day in Saigon we just spent one day there and probably fly directly to Phnom Penh instead of the two days journey along the Mekong Delta... It had some interesting points to see, but probably not worth it the long drive of the first day, the night stay at Chau Doc just a border city with not much to do there... and the long boat trip the second day with the border visa process... while we realized that Saigon is becoming a modern city with lots of things to do there, so one day was not enough for us, we would have definitely stayed one day more.
Again, thanks a lot for your service and attention, and we will definitely recommend you in the future to relatives or friends that want to travel to your region. By the way, it was great discovering how nice and warm are people both in Vietnam and Cambodia, great countries both.

We were looking for a Ha Long Bay cruise and Asia Travel & Leisure provided the best price. Hanh was extremely responsive and ensured that everything was set up to our specifications including provision of transfer to Azalea Cruises.
When my credit card would not process the balance online, Hanh came to our hotel to process the payment. Unfortunately, our transfer arrived early and we had already left for the cruise. Without any reservation, she wished us a good trip and met us afterwards the settle the bill hassle free.
Highly recommend for your travel planning.

Amazing cruise
The four of us went on Era cruise for 2 nights , 3 days. What an amazing time e had. The rooms are out of this world, the food is the best fine dining. We could find no fault at all. The staff were beautiful and were very helpful. We didn’t want to leave. The only suggestion I have ,is the port needs to be cleaned up of rubbish and made more tourist friendly.

Was nervous booking over the internet. Tra Le was extremely polite and helpful and provided me confidence to continue the booking. All information provided was accurate. Tra Le was prompt with replying to emails and punctual at time of meeting at hotel to finalise the booking and payment. The driver was very good and safe driving skills. The cruise personnel Annie and Tommy were amazing. How lucky to have wonderful staff. They made us feel very special and gave all passengers equal attention. They ensured everyone was having a great time. Their humour was excellent. The only disappointment with the trip was disembarking and having to wait over an hour for transport back to Hanoi. Return transport immediately after disembarkation really needs to be considered as a priority.

Our trip to Ha Long Bay was wonderful.
The guide that you selected, Mr Khoa, was excellent. He was polite, professional and courteous. He met us promptly at the airport and had us on the road very quickly. His knowledge of the areas we passed through was thorough, as was his understanding of the history of Vietnam. We all wished him, and his family, well when we finally parted.
All of us were very happy with the trip. The drive was long, but entertaining, and the van was quite comfortable. The views from Saigon Ha Long Hotel were unbelievable. But the cruise was the best part of all. While we enjoyed the visit to the caves, our cruise amongst the islands after, made memories and photos that will stay with us for a long time. I will always treasure my experience, sitting at the bow of our boat, with my back against the cabin, feeling the vibration of the engine and watching the magnificent rocky remains of the Descending Dragon.

Once again I want to say thank you for all your help rebooking the cruise, etc and for the nice present you gave us.
We enjoyed the cruise although the weather was not good. We just landed in Europe, sun is up but tomorrow back to work.
Will keep you on my mind and recommend your services to other people interested to go to Asia, as you organize also tours not only in Vietnam.
